The App collects and stores the following types of personal information:

  • Community Service Data: Locations and hours of community service completed.

We collect and process this data for the following purposes:

  • Community Service Tracking: To maintain accurate records of community service hours, verify the hours with school staff, and support students in meeting graduation requirements.
  • Competition and Recognition: o create a leaderboard that ranks students based on academic and service achievements, encouraging competition and recognition.
  • Career Support: To assist students in creating resumes for college and career applications by compiling academic and service-related data.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and have implemented security measures to safeguard the information. These include:

  • SSL Certificates: Ensuring secure transmission of data over the internet.
  • DDoS Protection: Safeguarding the App from attacks that may compromise the availability of data.

Students and school staff have the following rights concerning their personal data:

  • Delete: Users may request the deletion of their data at any time before graduation. Upon request, data will be permanently deleted, subject to verification.
  • Post-Graduation Data Retention: After graduation, users will have a 30-day period to access, download, or view their data. After this period, all personal data will be deleted from the system.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All personal data is retained until the student graduates from high school. After graduation, students will have 30 days to access or download their data. After this period, all data will be securely deleted from our systems.
